Information you choose to share
The service form collects your name, phone number, city or ZIP code, service category, problem or project description, preferred contact time, and optional email. Do not include payment details, government identifiers, or other sensitive information in the description.
How your request is used
Greater Mass uses this information to respond to your inquiry, discuss project fit, and arrange service if agreed. Your consent is recorded when you submit the form. Requests are stored privately on the website’s server and may be delivered to the business by email. They are not published on the website.
Security and service providers
Hosting and email providers may process data needed to run the site and deliver your inquiry. A necessary session cookie protects the form. A hashed network identifier is used to limit abuse. No customer request details are intentionally sent to analytics.
Optional analytics
If Google Analytics is enabled for the launched website, you can choose whether to allow it. Optional analytics can measure page views, call-button clicks, and successful form submissions. Form text, names, phone numbers, and email addresses are not included in those events.
